How do we form and use memories to guide adaptive behaviour?

Our lab aims to uncover the cognitive and neural mechanisms that enable memory-guided behaviour. We study how the brain determines which experiences to prioritize in memory, how these memories are transformed and strengthened over time, and how they are flexibly retrieved to guide adaptive behaviour in complex and dynamic environments.
